Additionally contained in this new image disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a key identifying different sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
